Hello:

I am a passionate creative leader and experienced designer curiously searching for new ways to supercharge the partnership between design and technology. With the goal of delivering impactful experiences driving customer engagement and loyalty, to me, the true reward of the project is the journey of getting there. Collaboration is the key to refining good ideas into great ones, and I am a firm believer in championing and empowering my team to believe and make anything possible. 

What I do:

I am a storyteller
Develop high-level sketches, storyboards, mock-ups and prototypes to illustrate and communicate ideas and interactions

I am an advocate
Serve as a champion for the user and their experience through all phases of the project

I am a collaborator 
Work with strategists, researchers, designers, engineers, and product owners from project inception through delivery

I am an auditor
Conduct the heuristic audit of competition (in and out of the client business vertical) and apply findings to the new experience

I am a navigator 
Create customer journey maps, wireframes and prototypes demonstrating the desired experience. Including the happy path as well as accounting for all potential error scenarios

I am an instructor
Conduct client workshops and the development of activities such as; inclusive creative brainstorms, feature prioritization, personas, defining user’s current state and desired state, drafting user journeys and identifying project KPIs

I am a craftsman
Design interaction and visual pattern libraries, enabling the experience to scale quickly and setting user expectations by applying consistent behavioral interactions

I am an evaluator
Conduct usability tests to evaluate the usability of the experience, and seek constructive criticisms that will refine and enhance the core idea of the experience 

Where I find my inspiration:

In search of and excited about the next adventure with my wife and 3 kids, trail running, soccer, snapping endless photos and tinkering around with home improvement projects.
