One of the most rewarding projects of my 20 year career. Originating as a .com redesign, this opportunity quickly turned into a remarkable creative collaboration with architect firm Gehry Partners LLC. and the late Founder/Artistic Director James Houghton. The request, how to incorporate static visuals, 18 digital screens and 3, 85” touchscreens into the newly constructed Signature Theatre on 42nd Street in New York City. The solution, thoughtfully incorporate larger than life murals of the founding playwrights throughout the space, strategically place and design digital way finding screens guiding constituents from the street to one of the three different stages, and use 85” touchscreens to educate guest about the history of the theatre as well as input and share their overall sentiment of their theatre/performance experience.
